Fantastic buying experience. Really knew a lot about the car that I was interested in. Nothing too much trouble either. Would recommend highly even if you are just thinking of changing your car and don't really know what you want - they will be able to assist in any way. Also brilliant after sales service too. I visited BMH on the 17th Nov around an hour after passing my test. As soon as I was there, I was made to feel welcome with general chitchat about myself. I'd made it known that I had passed my test that day, so when I took the car I was interested in buying for a test drive, Mark was patient and made me feel at ease. I was told the history of the car, and walked through the process from me buying to me receiving the car.

Mark and Heather arranged to collect myself from work, due to being a distance from the dealership, which added to the already excellent customer service I'd received. Upon collection, I was talked through the features of the car again and given advice that made me feel at ease.

Both Mark and Heather made buying my first car a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to others that are looking for a new motor. They know the history of the car, and their prices reflect the quality
